The Coveted Client

Lindsey Breitwieser spent 15 years working with 7 and 8-figure brands and agencies before pivoting and starting her own company, The CMO Lab. Her goal is simple and yet wildly impactful: to help small business owners market effectively.

What sets her apart from other CMOs?

She teaches clients the research-driven tactics that the top companies in the world use. She is the anti-marketing gatekeeper and loathes a gimmicky marketing trend more than anyone. It’s one of the many reasons I absolutely loved working with her.

Bullshit isn’t in her vocabulary. And it was my job to make sure her tried and true practices and expertise came across strongly in her new course copy.

The Scope

One long-form sales page dedicated to The CMO Lab Course. With her next cohort launching in April 2024, the goal was to appeal to small business owners looking to drive real results through the marketing efforts taught in Lindsey’s six-week course. Lindsey DIY’d the rest of her website copy, so we also completed a comprehensive website copy audit on the additional three pages.

My Favorite Part

Working with Lindsey was of course the highlight of this project. But from a copy standpoint, I was GIDDY with the voice and tone direction she wanted to go in. Professional yet personable with a sprinkle of relatability. She wanted to make sure her potential students felt validated in their struggles and saw the relief that Lindsey’s course could provide.
